Dynalivery provides two ways for qualified prospects to try an unrestricted version of Harmoni before paying for it.

As the primary benefits of our software are scalability and integration, our experience has been that prospects prefer to try a full use copy with full tech support, rather than a "crippled" or "demo" copy with limited support. For these reasons, Dynalivery's staff puts a great effort into supporting trials with our full product and asks that customers in turn provide us with prompt purchase decisions - win, lose, or draw.

The 30 day evaluation option is for qualifed prospects who can conduct their technical product evaluation and company due diligence simultaneously, completing them both within 30 days. In addition, it is for qualified prospects who can use Harmoni under the terms of our standard license agreement. Dynalivery does not account for evaluations as purchases until it receives either a payment or non-contingent purchase order.

The 30 day money-back guarantee option is for qualified prospects in two cases:

Qualified prospects who decide to purchase Harmoni based on a referral or viewing our downloadable movies, without a trial.
Qualified prospects whose purchasing departments may need more than 30 days to conduct their company due diligence on Dynalivery or who may wish to negotiate a custom license agreement. It usually takes the form of a contingent purchase order with terms of net 30. If the prospect permanently uninstalls and returns the software within 30 days (plus a grace period of five days), the obligation to pay for the software is cancelled.

Note that the 30 day evaluation and 30 day money-back guarantee are exclusive options. Dynalivery may offer one or the other, but not both. They also apply only to initial purchases within a single customer organization. By "qualified prospect", we mean that the prospect has the resources, charter, and authority to use Harmoni successfully within their own organization.
