Beginning with Parallel Crystal v2.5 (released July 2001), Dynalivery has modified its COM library to closely resemble the method signatures in its own Java library. In prior versions, the Dynalivery COM library was closely modeled after the "ActiveX Automation Server" interface that Seagate, now Crystal Decisions, introduced with Crystal Reports 6 in 1997.

Both our old and new COM libraries do not support the Seagate Smart Viewers and propriety web (HTTP) servers. The primary "viewer" for Parallel Crystal is the Adobe Acrobat Reader browser plug-in.
