Sales Executive
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales to Corporate Accounts
- Sales to OEMs
- Recruiting and coordination with VARs
The following skills are a plus:
- Experience selling SQL database, business intelligence, and/or Web Portal Server software
- Experience selling through direct, OEM, and VAR channels
- Experience co-marketing solutions with industry leaders
Location: St Louis and East Coast (Boston-New York corridor)
This is a full time position.
Sales Engineer
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre-sales and on site support to customers and partners.
- Work closely with the salespeople and technical support staff.
- Help resolve customer technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, problem solving, people skills are a must.
- Must be willing to travel to customer and partner locations.
The following skills are a plus:
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports (both report design and the Crystal API)
- Programming ability, helping to troubleshoot customer code
- Knowledge of WindowsNT network environments.
Location: St Louis, East Coast, West Coast
This is a full time position.
Technical Support Specialist
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as an initial contact point for technical support requests.
- Act as a liaison between developers and customers.
- Gather sufficient information about the problem to allow a solution to be found.
- Provide answers to general questions and requests for information about Parallel Crystal.
- Additional minor duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Provide various levels of support depending on background and experience of support personnel.
- Refer customers to suitable documentation.
- Refer to internal documents and tech support histories to answer general questions.
- Investigate problem and try to reproduce/solve it.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, problem solving, people skills are a must.
- 2 or more years of experience in either tech support or development.
- Programming ability, higher level support involves testing customer code.
The following skills are a plus:
- Leadership skills, the ability to manage a team of support staff.
- Knowledge of Seagate Crystal Reports, from both designing reports and using the Crystal API.
- Basic, COM, ASP, ASP.net, and C# programming and debugging

This is a full time position.
Software Quality Assurance Engineers
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform system level testing on Parallel Crystal code.
- Develop testing suites/applications for both system and developer level testing.
- Aid developers in improvement of their personal software testing skills.
- Test install/release of PCRE for both correctness and functionality.
- Act as contact point for technical support staff in resolving issues/gathering information.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Software QA.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stress software to its limits and spot major/minor flaws.
- Software development experience, Java, C++, ASP.
- Knowledge of system level issues with operating systems.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to explain to developers where points of failure/weakness exist.
The following skills are a plus:
- Experience with network administration/ system level issues.
- Knowledge of off-the-shelf software test/analysis suites.
