Dynalivery Benefits Package

Health Insurance
Dynalivery provides health, dental and long term disability for all of its full-time employees. Dynalivery contributes 100% of the health and dental insurance premiums for the employee and his/her spouse and children. The health care coverage is provided through Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield. The only employee costs for most in-network medical care are small co-pays for office visits and prescription drugs. The network coinsurance maximum is $2,000 for an individual and $4,000 for a family. The dental care coverage is provided through Delta Dental of Missouri. The benefits for preventive services are fully covered and other services require annual deductibles($50 individual, $150 family) and co-pays. The long-term disability insurance is provided through Guardian and Dynalivery contributes 100% of the premium for the employee.

401K
Dynalivery provides a 401(k) plan tax-deferred savings through ADP which provides investment options in mutual funds of State Street, Fidelity, Putnam and Janus.
